Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TSxHost handles personal data when you visit tsxhost.com or use our services. We follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a hash).
• Billing data: order and invoice history, and the billing details required by the payment provider. Card data is entered directly with the payment provider (such as Stripe); we never see or store the full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and access logs, used for security and to keep the services working.
• Service data: the settings of your TeamSpeak server and bot, and the TeamSpeak nicknames and identities of users who connect to it.
• Support data: the content of tickets and messages you send us.

War Manager and Hunted List display only public game information (character names, levels, online status and deaths) that is already published on the official website of the game.

2. Why we use it

• to create your account and deliver the services you purchased (performance of a contract);
• to process payments and keep invoices (legal obligation);
• to prevent fraud, abuse and attacks (legitimate interest);
• to answer support requests.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Payment providers (such as Stripe), to process payments;
• Infrastructure providers (data centers and Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the website);
• Authorities, when required by law or court order.

Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil, under the safeguards allowed by the LGPD.

4. Cookies and analytics

The client area uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. The website stores your language choice in your browser. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

5. How long we keep it

Account and service data are kept while your account is active. Invoices are kept for the period required by tax law. Access logs are kept for up to 6 months, as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

Our website and client area are served only over HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, and access to our servers is restricted to key-based authentication.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, delete it, port it, or withdraw consent. To make a request, open a ticket in the client area or contact us on Discord. We answer within 15 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
