Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the services sold by TSxHost ("TSxHost", "we") through tsxhost.com and the client area at client.tsxhost.com. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. What we sell

TSxHost sells digital service subscriptions. Every product is delivered online and billed in advance for the chosen billing period:

• TeamSpeak 3 hosting — voice communication servers, priced by number of slots, running on our own dedicated servers with DDoS protection.
• TeamSpeak administration bots (Bot War and Bot Standard) — software that automates the administration of the customer's TeamSpeak server: groups, permissions, channels, notices and member management.
• War Manager and Hunted List — web dashboards that help a group of players organize itself, using public information already published on the official website of the game.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to contract our services.

3. Orders, prices and billing

• Current prices are shown on our website and in the client area before checkout. Prices may be displayed in Brazilian reais (BRL), US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR); the amount charged is the one shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period (monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual) and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). TSxHost does not store full card numbers.
• If a renewal payment fails, the service may be suspended until payment is made, and terminated if it remains unpaid.

4. Delivery

Services are activated automatically or by our team after payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. Access details are made available in the client area.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to:

• break any law or infringe the rights of others, including copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property;
• distribute malware, spam, illegal or abusive content, or content that exploits minors;
• attack, scan or disrupt any network or system, including DDoS attacks;
• harass, threaten or discriminate against other people;
• sell or distribute game cheats, bots or any software that violates the terms of service of a game.

The owner of a TeamSpeak server is responsible for the content and the users on that server. We may suspend or terminate any service that violates these Terms.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep services online at all times, but interruptions can happen because of maintenance, failures of third parties or events beyond our control. Support is provided through tickets in the client area and through our Discord.

7. Third-party services

TeamSpeak is a trademark of TeamSpeak Systems GmbH. Game names mentioned on our website belong to their respective owners. TSxHost is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from the client area. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TSxHost's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the last billing period. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the consumer protection law that applies to you, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes are announced in the client area before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
